Shipping policy

I am not responsible for taxes and fees on the collectors end. The collector is responsible for these expenses.

Currently I offer limited international shipping. I do not collect duties and import taxes might be charged upon delivery. Those charges are the responsibility of the collector. If you are not in an international market that I support contact me at, bruceriley@bruce-riley.com.

I rely on reused packing material as much as possible. 

Shipping is free. All art that is shipped is fully insured. Shipping times vary and could take up to 15 days.

I am not responsible for delays in shipping after your order has been posted with the USPS. That is the shippers responsibility.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me immediately at bruceriley@bruce-riley.com if the item is damaged. If the container is damaged it is essential to take a photograph before unpacking. Carefully open the container and photograph the damaged art in the container. Any damage incurred during shipping is a matter concerning the shipper. All purchases are fully insured with the shipper and will be pursued by us to get you a full refund once the insurance money is paid.
